Frequently Asked Questions

Does my phone support eSIM?
iPhone: go to Settings → Cellular. If you see “Add eSIM” or “Add Cellular Plan,” you’re set. You can also dial *#06# to check for an EID.
Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → “Add mobile plan.”
Google Pixel: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add.
Carrier-locked phones need to be unlocked first — if you’re not sure, email your device model to [email protected].

What is an eSIM?
It’s a SIM card built right into your phone, no physical card to pop in. Buy a plan, scan the QR code, and you’re connected.

How soon will I get it after ordering?
As soon as your order is confirmed, we’ll email your activation details — QR code, ICCID, and SM-DP+ address. Worth checking your spam folder too.

Can I use a physical SIM and eSIM together?
Yes — most eSIM-ready phones support dual SIM. Keep your physical SIM for calls and texts, and use the eSIM for data.

Is hotspot/tethering supported?
Yes, unless the product page says otherwise.

How is the validity period calculated?
It starts the first time you actually use data on the plan, not from the moment you buy it.

What currency are prices shown in?
US dollars (USD). Your total at checkout is what counts.

Do you offer refunds?
If you haven’t activated your eSIM yet, you’re covered — see our Refund Policy for the details. Once a plan is activated, it’s generally final.

Is online payment available yet?
Not yet, but you can browse plans and add them to your cart in the meantime.
